Lord,
You were there when I slept in a striped room and wondered how my future would look. You were there when I learned to accept and appreciate people who were different and the same. You blessed me with friendship when I was raw and afraid. You were there. Your great love got me through. I never could have made it on my own. I can't live this life without You. Thanks be to You. Praise be to God! Amen
