I get a lot of hits for something I wrote on crabby Christians. I thought, given the attraction to the topic, it might be doable to add something else to the topic. If I am getting hits for this, then there isn't much out there.
Crabby Christian is in my view an oxymoron, an opposite. Not so say that Christians are perfect, they aren't. Plenty of people who are trying to get to heaven are crabby. But the crabby part is probably sin, in my view. We are all prone to it, it is part of our nature.
If we really hope for the resurrection and know that Christ died to save us and understand that we are called to love and forgive one another (whether they deserve it or not), then we will, in my view, endeavor to avoid whenever possible, crabbiness.
Life is more tolerable, more enjoyable if we practice the fruits of the Holy Spirit, love, joy peace, patience, gentleness, kindness and self-control. (I didn't see crabbiness on the list, did you?)
